| Recruitment: Google Jobs listing | Any active jobs on your recruitment portal will appear in the Google Jobs search results, after a short period of time. This is an automatic process. |

| Updates to Cloud with Chatbot and warning flags. | We have upgraded Cloud so that it can now host our AI chatbot which will provide you instant answers to your questions. We can also communicate to all of our users via Cloud when required. |

| Dealt with PDQ time out better | We have improved the flow and your options if the PDQ takes too long to complete the transaction. |
| Recruit Portal Rebuild | We have updated the Koabs Recruitment Portal which is now running on the same technology as our CIC. |

| Terms & Conditions | Updates to our Terms and Conditions will appear in your account once they are signed. |
| CIC Update | Basket updates display requirement for ID for age-related products, confirm Table and Venue before payment with the opportunity to change, and a final question re allergens. |
| Booker EDI | This integration allows you to automatically send your orders to Booker from Kobas, reducing time, efforts and duplication. |
| Trust ID Integration | Kobas offers an integration with TrustID to streamline Right to Work checks and identity verification directly within the Kobas staff management system. This integration allows employers to submit and monitor identity checks without leaving the Kobas platform, enhancing compliance and speeding up the onboarding process. |
| Customer API now tagging | You are now able to apply and remove customer tags using the public API. |
| Stock Usage History Report offline if too big | This report wasn't loading for some customers, this update allows large versions to be generated offline and exported. |

| Modifiers with price changes on CIC | A plus or minus symbol is now added before additional pricing added by the modifier on Online Ordering. This adds clarity to the client. |

| UK National Insurance changes April 2025 | Kobas is now prepared for the changes to UK National Insurance changes from April 2025, and your labour costings will reflect this,. |
| Xero Export | We now allow specific mapping of Tips Payments by Card, Cash and Other, and line item mapping of the same. This allows you further control over how you map these lines. |
| Online Ordering - Eat In service changed | Clients are now able to add an estimated table service time for eat-in orders made through our Online Order platform, working similarly to Collection and Delivery. |

| Customer tags now visible on EPoS | You can now view customer tags on the customer banner in the basket and in the full customer profile on EPoS. This allows you to quickly identify different aspects of customers in real-time whilst serving them. |
| In Venue Device Monitor | This tool is designed to assist with networking issues relating to your devices (such as tills, tablets, card machines and KDS stations) within your venue. |
