About this release
On the 2nd of September 2021, Kobas released a new category splash screen for clients using the online ordering application within their Customer-Interaction-Centre (CIC).
When this feature is activated, customers will be directed to a category page when creating an online order, containing clear imagery per category.
Once a category has been selected, it is then automatically selected in the horizontal scroller and will take the customer to the required section of the menu.
A menu header banner also becomes visible, with the addition of a home icon. When selecting the home icon, the user will be directed back to the category splash screen. Alternatively, they can continue scrolling through the menu to browse through all items or select a category from the horizontal scroller.
