This can happen if the till has been in operation for a while without being rebooted or restarted. The good news is, this is very easy and fast to fix. By following the below steps you’ll be back taking cash payments in no time. **Note:** You will need the relevant [User Permissions](https://help.kobas.co.uk/permission-levels?hsLang=en) to perform the below task. --- #### **Step 1** Log in to the till and then select the “Admin” menu from upper right hand corner. From here simply touch **Reload Till Application**.
